    I will show San Antonio rental homes after work when you need it the

    without viewing any additional homes. Otherwise the fee is good for up to 12 home showings total
    within a 60 day period. After 60 days our agreement expires and the fee is retained to pay for my
    time and effort.

    If you still need more showings after viewing 12 homes you can purchase additional rental home
    showings at a discounted rate of $10 for every 3 showings. Service is limited to Bexar county and
    it's immediate surrounding counties within 10 miles.

    In the event an application is rejected due to credit or rental history of the applicant a refund of the
    $60 Tenant fee is a the sole discretion of the broker/agent (that's me). If you have credit issues tell
    me about it up front so that I might help you make a wise decision and avoid losing this service fee
    in a addition to any application fees.  My ultimate goal is to earn the seller commission and your
    trust in future real estate transaction not the $60 service fee.
