This is an arrangement that should be negotiated early on and put in writing to protect the consumer. Buyers should whey their options with care when deciding on using an agent or broker that offers rebates to buyers on their services. After all a first time buyer often needs a lot of support and guidance when going through the home buying process.

I offer all my buyers the option of taking half of my bonus if offered by the seller on any deal up front in writing.
